I am a life & business coach, trainer, speaker and faciltator with Mindset Dynamics, LLC. My specialties include coaching Real Estate Agents and Teams, Brokers and Entrepreneurs to "Run Their Business Like a Business." I am also a blog and social media consultant.

I have over 25 years of leadership, training, business and coaching experience. I was born in Boston, MA the eldest of five children and moved to Atlanta, GA at the age of 10. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a B.S. degree in Education, I served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot.

In November 1992, I joined Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS in Las Vegas as a real estate salesperson and soon thereafter joined the leadership team as a sales manager and later as a Broker Manager of a branch office of over 200 licensees. As Director of VIP Services for Prudential Americana, I facilitated the development and implementation of a leadership and team building model to support the company’s business to business culture. I have had the opportunity to coach over 75 top producing sales executives and teams to establish and use effective business and real estate systems.

I most recently served as the General Manager for Prudential Americana, responsible for recruiting, coaching and leadership training of the management team and 6 branch offices. I maintain an active Nevada Broker-Salesman license.

I am a certified master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy. I am also an approved instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Commission for a series of real estate training classes, real estate blogging, and broker management courses.

I am living my passion and personal vision - to inspire, educate and counsel others to discover and achieve their full potential.
